How did it all start
“A lot can happen over coffee.” Transcend Global Services started from a coffee conversation between Biju and one of his dear friends in New York. They talked about how Churches and Not-for-Profit in the US are having to downsize their staff due to the financial crunch that resulted from Covid 19. Being a person who has been running a Not-for-Profit for the past 18 years, Biju understood the pain and also the negative impact this can have on the good work done by these organizations. “Why don’t we give you virtual assistants from India”? asked Biju, his friend loved the idea.
On his return, Biju called his friend Jerome who not only understands the Operational side, but has managed large Offshore Operations for various Clients from the US, Australia & UK for close to 20 years and asked him for advice. Jerome, who always wanted to use his professional skills to help and serve people, saw the perfect opportunity and God’s perfect timing here.
Together, they got on the white board and created a bouquet of services where they could not only benefit by reducing costs but also have that peace of mind for their Leaders.
